This year's Seeds of Change was
a big success! Over 500 donors,
activists, grantees and friends of Crossroads Fund gathered on Friday,
February 29th at the Chicago Cultural Center to celebrate another year's
work for social change.
We were proud to present the
Ron Sable Award for Activism
to a group and an individual whose work is making a difference with young
people in communities by addressing racial, social and economic justice:
Dr. Cathy J. Cohen and Metropolitan Area Group for Igniting
Civilization, Inc. (MAGIC).
We were also honored to present the
inaugural Donald F. Erickson Synapses Award to the Coalition
Against War & Injustice.
Thank
