OUR GRANTEES RELY ON THE SUPPORT OF CROSSROADS FUND – AND CROSSROADS FUND RELIES ON YOU, OUR COMMUNITY OF DONORS
Access for people with disabilities. Safety for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered youth in schools. Rights for prisoners. Fair wages and safe workplaces for all workers, regardless of race, gender or immigration status. Crossroads Fund grantees are dealing with the most critical issues of the day, in some of the most vulnerable communities in our city.
Between 70 – 75% of the money that we raise each year comes from individual donors, most of whom give us $250 a year or less. Your gift – whether it is $20 or $20,000 – makes an impact, and your support is key to ensuring the success of our grantees.

Qualified Charitable Distributions from Your IRA
If you have an IRA, when you turn 70.5 years old, you are obligated to begin taking annual disbursements. These disbursements will be considered taxable income. However, there is a way to use your disbursement for your charitable giving.
